In 2004, Michael became part of the team at Star Trek: New Voyages living his dream of being in and being part of Star Trek. While there, he learned everything he could about directing, producing, and acting.

With his love of the horror genre, Michael and his friend, Mark Rudge decided to create a zombie movie; they created Tarbox Productions and Bloodline Studio to facilitate this. The movie "Operation: Dead 1" stars Michael, Mark, Charles Root (see Star Trek: New Voyages) and several other actors from Georgia where it was shot in its entirety. This feature length film was shot, directed, and edited by Michael including some very complex special effects and was released on Halloween of 2007.

Michael’s unique production capabilities have allowed him to quickly produce additional features such as “Special Affects”. His facilitys inclusion in the Digital New Age Entertainment family will allow for the attainment of the Tarbox-Bloodline corporate goal of releasing two full length features per year.
